Doesn't matter if he says he hates what he does...The Sharkticon Attorney was a simply so smug one had to infer otherwise. The rotund defender of the unrighteous was a bit too overbearing for his taste, but, he decided, he himself wasn't a lawyer.Plus, Barristo was good at what he did--just so cocky about it.

Lt. Commander Rayke Grimm, 3 stars, Operations Chief of Starbase Rugby (fondly known as Old Grim--but never to his face or in his presence, stepped into the courtroom, from the hallway, without making a stir.

He made sure to take a seat far to the rear of the hot court room while his plain clothes human IO (intelligence officer)and a soldier class security officer (provided by Traz himself)moved to seperate parts of the room. The security officer moved directly behind the Operations Chief while the IO sat down with the crowd, one of their own. Op-Chief didn't bother to look for the other agents peppered across the court room interior. This military presence on Rugby was keeping a close eye on this trial.

Op-Chief had made it a point to complain to his higher ups (all 3 of them) that this filthy murderer was worthy of death. The massacre in the docking bay was malicious and merciless. It had happened quickly and without remorse. Provocation or not, Dinotron had gone too far. The list of crimes reached beyond murder...with the kidnapping of Alcatraz, it had become treachery and an act of war. He had pleaded to make this a war tribunal...but, for various reasons, his request was denied. Now he had to keep an eye out on his staff, some of which (he had discovered) were pushing for Dinotron to go free so that they could have a shot at him.

Op-Chief could have quelched those kinds of ideas...but he silently agreed. If Dinotron got outside of Rugby and happened to "disappear", Op-Chief wouldn't run an inquiry.

Op-Chief made sure to keep this to himself. He would give some time to this trial, he decided, as he turned off his comlink. If anything important happened someone would come find him. He was all for strengthening the military presence in Rugby, but he was also a realist. Most complaints were residential security issues. There were enough IO's in this room that if anything important happened they would all turn to him in unison and make a report.

With that decided, he focused on the trial.
