She tried to joke, but really wasn't in sprits at the time.

If only my friend Boneyard were here, he'd stich up Fawndoo really quick. Only thing is he'd most likely either take a few parts from Doo, or put some new one's on him, an extra arm there, a pair of horn transmitters on the head, and he'd be as good as new.

She looked down at the wounded Fawndoo, and for a quick second she saw her friend Aviar Flux instead of Doo, she suddenly wanted to cry. Her brief meeting with the core of the Nova was enough to crack some of her normal gruffness, and seeing what had happened to Fawndoo, made it all the harder to keep her secreat. She wanted so much to tell Doo, tell them all about Azdak's plans, wanted to keep him safe, the same way she was able to keep Aviar safe from the NOLM (National Order of the Legion Maximo, a terrorist group designed to destroy any thing to do with Transfomers that are not Target or Head, or Powermasters). She hated to see him in such bad shape, but she had to put it from her mind.

She looked at Merc and Hawk, and things began to twist and turn in her mind. The silence in the lift was getting to her, and the offer the core was suggesting had gotten her attention. She needed to learn more about the players in this drama. She owed it to the Counil and her own AOD to get to the bottom of this whole thing. Parts just diddn't fit into place as of yet and she needed more. But for now she would just settle with one simple question.

Mercado, Ebonhawk, I have to ask you something. Did...Did it hurt to be bianay bonded?
