If it was not a threat WHY did Speechy understand it as a threat, I did understand it as a threat and any half way intelligent person would! But not you and Avalanche.

no, actually i can, i can mess up the connection if i know
the ip/hostmask, in many ways, including taking over the
isp account, and furthermore, i don't need to send a virus by mail, i could send it to an open port on her computer and she wouldn't be able to do a damn thing about it, furthermore, some friends of mine recently developed a virus that travels within the misc.data in the mail, not as
an attachment, just receiving the mailbody activates the
virus, viruses themselves are not that big if coded
properly, and your computer retrieves data when opening

quite simple really. "fucking up" someone's computer
can be done in so many ways, hey, even a 12 year old could do it if he got hold of a trojan. furthermore, just
because she has an imac doesn't mean she's immune for
this virus, one would simply have to alter some strings
of it's code so it attacks different filetypes.

you have to remember one thing, hackers have strong ethics, they generally don't go around messing stuff up.
and they know their shit.

people who seriously do damage (and we're not talking
about a website defacement, where the media or the business claims it costs 40.000 dollars to restore the website while all the hacker did was replace index.html
with his own and renamed the old files, it takes about
5 seconds to restore the site) are just lamers usually
without knowledge and generally just use somebody else's
program and press ok. sure, some hackers occasionally do
damage, i can't deny that i did. but only with a goal.
that's how things work.
