Then he noticed the actions she did made her shift a little closer to him. He could tell she wasn't sure she could trust him, and she had the right after all the years she'd experienced men being selfish and cruel. Sighing quietly, he brushed his fingertips over her wings again, wanting to pull her into his arms but unsure if she would enjoy that or feel safe in his arms... Almost feeling at a loss, he gives a small smile, unsure what to say or do without making her jump or pull away from him.:.
