Appearance
Israel is about normal height for someone his age, spare maybe an inch or two smaller. This is a strange attribute, considering his father's legacy normally end up very tall. Also, he's got silver-blonde hair and pale skin, with shining sapphire eyes. Most would consider this albino, but in reality he was born with red hair, which gradually faded and was blonde by age three. He's got that sweet, lost-little-kid-look, and even has the little kid voice to match it. (You know, the kind that most girls go insane over.) Aside from this, he's get a veyr big vocabulary, and if one can stand talking to someone with that voice without laughing, one could have an intelligent conversation with him.
He's barely ever seen wearing dark colors, and even rarer is to see him without his little doll, a (green) dragon that his mother made for him before she died, which looks expertly made. (Which is funny... read his fears, and you'll find out.)

Personality
He's the sweetest little kid one could ever meet. Many would probably compare him to a smaller child, like a five-turn-old or something. However, others still would have to compare him to an adult, with all he can say and do. Really, he's sweet, kind, and innocent. A joy for any parent, he will do chores without being asked and is just ever so considerate...
...Let's all hope he's the same way in his teenage turns!

Skills
EvErYtHiNg! He's achild prodigy at just about everything he tried, though he's never tried to swim, cook, or ride a boat. He plans to soon, though. However, there's just one thing weird about him: he has an absolute phobia of animals. Almost all of them, dragons ~~included~~ especially. The only ones he can stand are the man-eating, vicious ones that grown men can't stand (wherries, wild whers, ect.). However, any tame form of these animals scares him almost as much as dragons.
