I think Arabella Figg, Ms. Figg down the street who watches Harry every now and then, is Harry's Secret Keeper. Voldemort, In book IV, said he couldn't touch Harry when he was in his relation's care. In book III, Sirius said that you could look in the window of the house and not see who was really inside unless the Secret Keeper gave up the information. That is why Voldemort can't harm Harry at the Dursley's.
I also think that harry will become an animagus, and be able to turn into a phoenix. I also think he won't have to try, it will just happen. There are several reasons I think this.
1. Harry's dad was an animagus.
2. Sirius is an animagus.
3. Harry's wand has a phoenix feather in it.
4. When Harry first waved his wand, it shot red and gold sparks, the same colors as phoenix's feathers.
5. Gryffindor house's colors are scarlet and gold, the same as a phoenix.
6. Fawkes, Dumbledore's phoenix, has healed Harry several times.
7. I have heard or read somewhere that the next book will be called Order of the Phoenix.
8. In book I when Harry first got on a broom, flying came naturally and easily to him.(Phoenixes are birds, birds fly easily.)
One more thing, while I'm on the topic of Animagi, There seem to be an awful lot of unregistered ones running around. Hermione said that there were only 7 registered in the last century, and that the Ministry of Magic keeps a close eye on anyone trying to become one. There are at least 4, probably 5, unregistered anamagi just in the last two books.
1. James Potter (Prongs, Harry's dad)
2. Sirius Black (Padfoot, Harry's Godfather)
3. Peter Pettigrew (Wormtail/Scabbers)
4. Rita Skeeter
5. Arabella Figg (She might be registered, but I don't know because Hermione didn't say who the other six were.) She really likes cats. Her house smells like cats. I also read somewhere that she might be Crookshanks, which would make sense, because then she could keep an eye on Harry. She would also have good reason to try to kill Pettigrew while he was Scabbers If she is on the good side with Dumbledore, and she knew Pettigrew was Voldemort's servent.)
