Dumbledore is CLEARLY evil! You've stated excellent evidence from Book one, but the best evidence is from book four: Dumbledore's look of triumph! Why is he so happy that Voldemort has gotten blood from Harry? BECAUSE ICKLE VOLDIE-KINS IS WORKING FOR DUMBLEDORE!!! I'm not sure how the situation came about, but I CAN answer questions that try to disprove it!
1) But Voldemort is afraid of Dumbledore!

2) But Dumbledore hid the SS/PS in Hogwarts, AWAY from Voldemort!
***********Dumbledore, as Headmaster, would most likely do the hiring/firing around Hogwarts, no? Then he would most certainly have KNOWN about Quirrel's little..*ahem*..growth? How can we be sure Dumbledore did not "hide" the SS/PS in Hogwarts FOR Voldemort?
3) But Dumbledore's trying to SAVE Harry!
***********Then why in God's name give him to the DURSLEY'S?! He could have just as easily taken him into Hogwarts, where all the students are far too young to even RECOGNIZE him!! And, if he's so keen on helping Harry, where the bloody froot loops does he GO every book?! That doesn't help very much!
4) But Harry's the heir of Gryffindor!
**********Um...so? I don't doubt that, blimey, I'd be hard pressed to find evidence against it! I'm all for this 'rumour'! But maybe this is ninety-nine percent of the reason Dumbledore wants him OUT!
5) If anyone's evil, it's SNAPE!
**********Duh. Again, hard-pressed to find evidence against it; he treats EVERYONE like Flobberworm fodder except Malfoy...oh, how convenient, a DEATH EATER TO BE!!! If Snape has LEFT Voldemort, why does he still carry that lovely ickle tattoo? Wouldn't YOU get rid of that thing faster than you can say "Auror"? Snape clearly still works for Voldemort, and that is the ONLY reason he still works for Dumbledore!
4) Dumbledore brought in the Dementors to guard the school! No Death Eater would do that!
**********And he didn't STOP them until Harry was unseated and nearly killed. Perhaps some sort of common sense stopped him, and he helped float Harry down. Can't kill him with so many people around, can we?
And more on the little "Dumbledore's never there"...how can we be sure Dumbledore isn't Voldie HIMSELF?!
1) Voldemort was stripped of his powers!
**********Yes, and took up residence in QUIRREL! How can we be sure he did not also take up residence in DUMBLEDORE?! Quirrel and Dumbledore were never in the same room when Voldemort was present on Quirrel's head!
