As shitty as that sounds, hindsight being 20/20, it's
good, no it's great that we didn't win the Super Bowl
this year:

Imagine this scenario:

Eagles pound the Raiders, game over, trophy
presentation time. Sounds sweet, but wait...

We're at the podium, Al Michaels, Jeffrey Lurie, Andy
Reid, Joe Banner & Donovan McNabb are all smiles, as
Tagliabue gets ready to hand the Lombardi trophy to
Lurie. Don't cum just yet...

Al Michaels: "Congradulations, gentleman. Your first
ever Super Bowl title, first championship in 42 years,
and the first championship for Philly since '83. Way
to go!"

Lurie, Banner, Reid, McNabb all give their little
speeches. All is well. Euphoria has been reached. The
masses back home in Philly celebrate like never
before. It's a dream come true.

But, faster than you can say "Too good to be true",
Michaels hands down the ultimate death sentence:

"AND NOW, BACK TO BON JOVI"

The thought of that no-talent bag of shit screeching
in his 3-sizes-too-small leather pants and faggot
demin jacket at our moment of triumph makes me almost
glad the Buccaqueers won the Bowl. Hey, bad hair, bad
music and butt-pirates go hand-in-hand. I wonder if Al
Michaels asked Richie Sambora, "Hey Dick, how does
Tommy Lee's cock taste?"

Let's hope that CBS gets some real talent for next
year's post game show, because, as we say in Philly,
there's always next year.
