That's a bit unfair - looking back it was a bad trade, but...

at the time I was 0-3, my number 1 receiver was out for 8 weeks, my D-line was doing nothing and these players were available. I could have thrown in the towel and played for 0-14 to get the number one pick, but I prefer to try to win every game.

The price was too high, but it was a gamble. Itai did OK, as he wasn't starting after Jesse Dawson returned. Kesay was a bust, but them's the breaks! He did OK last season.
