I agree with Jason that the records should stay.
But this could be done with an utility that allows you
to make customized scheduling. (I use it in the CWL to
arrange the games, but I could also change the numbers of weeks)

However the bigger problem is that FBPro does not allow
only 28 teams as the next greater league. This would be
too much I think. There is not enough potential in the GM
market.

And Paul are you realy sure you want to make 28 Training Camps ?

I think this size is fine, not too big, but still enough
for interesting games, trades and statistics.
