I think we'll have a vote between GM's next season. Hopefully it will make the league better if we have these gameplans etc, i would be saddened if suddenly 80% of league records were re-written as we suddenly had different gameplans etc.

I think we should use the pre-determined ones (eg NFL team playbooks) instead of your own created gameplans as there are obviously some plays which are always td's etc. Remember reading ages ago about some playbook buster type things which the computer couldnt stop

I would like GM's to have more input though but obviously we have to be fair
