Well yep its a difficult one
Andrew has been the GM of Paris since day 1 and i'm sure as you all know after all those seasons etc it'll be strange if your team 'moves'.
I think the decision is with Andrew and Ross.
When i started the FWL i wanted all previous and current WLAF and NFLE teams. Whatever happens the Barcelona Dragons will stay in the FWL whatever.
However when i started the league any new teams which would play in NFLE would be in my league, eg the Berlin Thunder (Was Ireland Celts).
Personally because Austria have been more sucessful than Paris i would want Paris to be changed.
Whether its Austria or Paris who is changed i think they should move to the EFC East and Amsterdam moves to the EFC West. Only because of location etc. If anything Austria should have been in the EFC East from day 1
