God made the serpent that way. It therefore stands to reason that God would have planned for this to happen. The idea of some great fall and eternal punishment for all man is pretty much bunk if God did plan for all this. If God did not plan for it, He wasn't very smart.

Those are my thoughts exactly, Schwabra. If God had not planned for that to happen, he isn’t very smart but at the same time, it would make him blind for not seeing it coming and not seeing what his actions would lead to and what his own creation was planning to do and that would mean that Satan outsmarted God himself.

If Satan outsmarted God from under his own nose and caught him off-guard like that, how hard would it be for Satan to outsmart a blind God that isn’t too smart, again?

I had to laugh at Paul’s warning to me that his God will destroy me at Armageddon because Satan might sabotage Gods plan for Armageddon and Armageddon might be canceled. Who knows how many more of Gods plans will Satan sabotage. LoL
