It further blows away the idea that Satan was talking to Eve and here is the verse: Gen 3:14 -- "Cursed are you above all the livestock and all the wild animals! You will crawl on your belly and you will eat dust all the days of your life. In the above verse, God in punishing the being that told Eve to eat the apple. If it was Satan that tricked Eve, is Satan crawling around on his belly eating dust? No! It is the snake that God in punishing! Why would God be punishing an animal for something that Satan did? It doesn’t make sense to say that Satan took the from of a snake because not only is there no mention of Satan in Genesis, there is no mention of Satan taking a form of a snake, instead you find a verse saying that it was the snake that was the most crafty of all animals and it was the snake that got cursed. God must be insane to be punish a snake when Satan was the one that tricked Eve. Why not punish Satan instead of the snake? Was God also so blind that besides not seeing this coming, he didn’t see that Satan possessed the snake and it was really Satan talking? Boy, this being Satan sure knows how to trick everyone! LoL |
