What Paul truly does not seem to realize here is what importance and to what extent God allowing things to happen, actually happens to go to because the way the Universe is, it allows these things to happen and that is no fluke. If the power that set up the Universe had no intentions to have the Universe this way, then why did it create the laws that would allow the Universe to be the way it is in the first place?

Does God simply make useless rules and laws just for the hell of it?

This is what Paul doesn�t get. In order for something to be allowed to happen in this Universe, it isn�t simply a case of it just happening, it must be set up in a way that will allow it to happen and the Universe was set-up to allow it to happen. You can�t have something happen in the Universe without the creator setting up the rules and laws for allowing it to happen.

Did the power of the Universe create these laws for no purpose at all?

I don�t think so and that is why I am having trouble buying Paul�s view on things. I know that the power that governs and set up this Universe of ours does not do things for the heck of it. Are the laws that allow the Universe to be the way it is, there for no reason?

This is why I can not buy Pau�s Sabotage version.
