I find it amusing when people are too afraid to speak up for themselves when they are wronged by someone, but will instead go and complain about it on a board and then make up every reason and excuse to why they didn’t speak up for themselves in the first place to that person or persons.

That’s all I see here, pity excuses as to why you didn’t speak up for yourself, but instead, you went on a board to complain about it.

You should have spoke up at the meting, rather then walk away with your tail between your legs and then go to a board to complain about it.
