Well, *when* is she thrown out of *Heaven* ? What has happened to her ? Why is she being punished ? Do you think Xander was meant to have these powers ? Although we should all be aware that being a seer is not being omniscient. There are many things Xander won't be able to see until it's too late. The other explanation, one I'm not overfond of but thta could explain his lack of foresight, is that he is growing into his powers and being a non-native user hasn't mastered their full use yet. As I said I don't like that explanation too much. The Cordelia one is the one I bank on.
