She had suspected something as well - Ryan was spending as much time as he could, between classes and keeping an eye out for her family, at the hospital - the nurses all knew him by name - he knew about their families and their homes, he had been there that much... something was obviously happening beyond friendship. She raised a brow, checking the glow that Lacey assumed and shook her head - she knew.. "I've decided to ask Lacey to marry me." He was near bursting with pride, and gave her hand a squeeze, looking down at Lacey for a moment and meeting her eyes as he spoke before he finally drew his gaze back to his parents.
