Subject: All of the emergency staff were running around in sort of organized panic - desperately trying to sort out the confusion and slow the drama, but it was starting to look like they were fighting a lost cause. If they could only get everyone out of the building, they would be able to pull out and let it burn down - there was no way to stop the destruction now. A police officer who was helping keep order spotted her and stepped over, holding his arms out in a sort of barrier to urge her out of the way and away from the chaos. "Ma'am, please stay back.."
