  • He flinched again as another section of the hotel fell in on itself, but just shook his head and remained silent as he lead her beneath the tape and towards an older fireman with a feeling of authority. Making quick introductions, he then left her there to return to his post keeping the bystanders away... The firefighter stood with his hands on his hips, eyes never leaving the blaze as the young policeman introduced the troubled woman - there was nothing more he could do right now and it was the most frustrating thing he had ever experienced.
