Subject: Hi!

So I whipped out my season 1 DVDs the other night and thought about you guys. It had been so long since I've evn thought about anything Buffy related. I think there was some kind of withdrawal because onceI popped in the DVDs I couldn't stop watching.

Season 1 just reminds me how fucking cool this show is. For whatever it's worth the show is just plain cool.

Anyhow. I've been watching Angel again. The whole last 6 episodes promotion deal drew me in. And surprise surprise the show is actually fucking good. I've been catching up on the season 4 reruns on tnt (?) too. They just showed the faith episodes. Another good set of episodes I missed. I think I may even shell out the money for the season 4 and season 5 DVDs. Maybe even season 3, too, if i can get over the fact that I hated it. It's good to have the whole collection.

Anyhow. How's life?

Mine's good. I got into college. I will be attending SUNY Geneseo in the fall. It's one of the most selective schools in NY and it's so fucking beatiful up there. I'm mad excited to get away from home.

High School is winding down. I've taken to falling asleep in every single class I have. The teachers are starting to get POed. But it's like "I know I'm gonna graduate, I've already gotten into college, why must I stay awake for your stupid class"

One more thing:

Fred is never coming back ?(!!)

Cause, really, I liked her. She was so sweet. Especially in the episode where willow and her meet. AWWWWW. And it just seems so sad that she's now gone. She was the humanizing influence on the show. Now there's no humanizing influence. There's a blue demon. Don't get me wrong, I think that's a cool direction to go in. I just wish it were temperary. At some point I want Fred to be back.

But the show's ending anyway, so blah blah.

How I have missed thee.

I just dragged my ass out of bed, so I have very few coherant thoughts to offer you, except to tell you how much you kickass for the whole college thing, and how much of a good time you're gonna have. It's SO hard to care anymore about school. I am suffering from the same disease right now. Hang in there, though. :)

I've enjoyed "Angel" this year for the first time since Cordy became a Shaft o' Light. Hope they wrap it up in a satisfying way.
