actually, what it looks like is a photocopy of a fax...like 3rd or 4th generation...and now I get told, by my US contact to contact the agent in Dublin to get new paperwork. Sure, no problem...only...how? There was nothing IN WITH THE PAPERWORK, not even a return address on the envelope...which then leads to the problem, where does the paperwork go when its filled out??? *sigh* I am so sick of incompetence.

Some forms are available on-line. In fact most US gov't forms are available on line. I suspect many of the UK forms are as well.

Give it a shot.

The site SHOULD also tell you where to send the forms. Goodness knows that they aren't up to taking the forms on-line yet. Just printing them.
