Subject: Grim's stoopid question of the day.
With Halloween just 3 days away...
What are you wearing for Halloween?
What kind of treats are you giving out?
Where are you hiding the bodies?

I'm wearing my Civil War uniform. For anyone who owns my band's first album, I'm wearing the jacket on the back cover.
We don't have trick or treaters in my apartment building, since it's locked. Most kids go to community centers for parties these days.
I don't hide the bodies - I display them proudly on pikes at the city gates. Darkside 4-evah!!

I don't have a costume.
I don't think we're giving out candy.
We are going to watch fireworks, however.
And the bodies will be in the courtyard, which is pulled apart anyway, since they are relaying all the tile.

At the moment, I have no plans to wear a costume on Halloween. *sniff*
My sister has a stash of candy hidden somewhere, and she will give it to me to distribute before she and mom leave for the beach tomorrow.
No bodies.

Pinhead Meeting Myers?
Doug Bradley, the English actor best known as Pinhead in the Hellraiser film series, told the Brownsville (Texas) Herald newspaper that there is talk of teaming his character up with Michael Myers of the Halloween movie series. "At this point in fact, Dimension Films are planning a Hellraiser/Halloween crossover," a la this year's Freddy vs. Jason, Bradley told the newspaper.
Bradley emphasized that the proposed matchup is only in the planning stage. "They are hoping to have it out by Halloween next year," he said. "That would be pretty fast, but that’s their plan."

Yay - Halloween is here and Buffy (S7) is back! -- John, 13:47:40 10/28/03 Tue (81.131.105.246)
And I shall start a final series of commentaries to give you all happy memories - you who are Buffy-less now!
Anyway - stop sabotaging Grim's post and get on with answering the question.
This year I am dressing up - yes I am. :-)
I am going as a hippy - only a marginal extension of my own inclinations, I know - but I am not ready for total transformations yet!
I have a lovely shirt, my jeans, sandals, long black wig, psychadelic pill-box hat, lilac shades and Grateful Dead skull chain keyring - now appropriated by Skater dudes and dudettes! Sigh!
The celebratations are part of Witchy folklore, Samhain is the original festival - so I will be doing some rituals for that too!
Oh btw, I should tell you I have lovely new lady in my life. Her name is Kerry - but I call her Kitty - she is 26 :-0, she is tall 5 ft 8 in, and she is a former Sunday School Teacher - and I want not a word on the last part from Kuzibah! :p
Oh good grief - David Hassellhoff singing on TOTP 2 - life is not always a bed of r0ses - sigh! Ugghhh!

TotP is STILL on? -- Grim ,_,_), 13:57:07 10/28/03 Tue (66.95.229.84)
David Hasselhoff singing is as scary as Halloween can get.

More Info about the girl? -- John, 19:42:41 10/28/03 Tue (81.135.120.43)
Kitty is a lovely girl, we have known each other for about a year, working together in the same organisation, I never had the slightest notion she was interested in me - even though she kept dropping huge hints, which I was too stupid to notice.
So we went to an awards ceremony, she got very drunk and took the bull by the horns and said she fancied me - then next thing you know we were kissing and we spent the whole night talking.
That first night was an amazing start to our relationship, we talked about everything. We are both 'damaged goods' in relationship terms, so it has made us very honest about what we expected from each other right from the start, and we were very good listing all the things about ourselves that were not the best aspects.
We even talked about our respective faiths, if we get married than we will have a Christian Blessing and a Brehon wedding ceremony. Our children will be called Tangwrstyl Mary and Sebastien.
And guys and girls and gentlefreaks I think I have fallen in love with her - I am acting like a giddy teenie around her - which is bit ridiculous for a 35-year old man, but there ya go!
What? You want more? What ever happened to TMI?
Maybe later, okay?
