I think if Mindy Cohen's character from "The Facts of Life" crossed over, it would be really, really bad.

I never saw "Firefly," so I don't have an opinion on this idea. It is confusing, since I was under the impression that the show was set far in the future, making it perplexing as to how anyone could cross over. Which may be exactly what you were driving at, of course.

Re: "Buffy" characters crossing over. I'd like their story to remain complete, as is. I know that's unlikely, given the economic realities of TV, but I enjoy having them wandering freely in the fantasy area of my mind; having any show up on "Angel" would limit my ability to do this.

As for Firefly....wwolfe...I think it can be compared to the dip you & Sean ate at the restaurant.... sorta like Tru Calling.

Worst crossover...."Alf" comes to mind. Maybe Happy Days? The Fonze would give Angel a run for his leather.

Is anyone watching Tru Calling besides me & Sean. I keep waiting for it to get better...Sean keeps waiting for E.D. to run (she seems to need to run an awful lot on this show)...I'm watching out of loyalty (?), Sean is watching it because he thiks E.D. is hot.

I've seen in twice and I'm not in a rush to tune in again. My BF made it through one episode -- barely. I felt like I watched the same episode both times. Don't quite know where the weakness is -- possibly the lack of character development. Not sure.

I'm watching it for both reasons: loyalty and letchery. Each has its place. Although whenever she runs, I keep wondering why she doesn't hale a cab. Or take the subway. Or why a cop doesn't stop her because he suspects she's fleeing the scene of a crime. Or at least to tell her how much he enjoys watching her run.
