Subject: Laguna 2001 1.9DCI HELP!!

Full service 2 weeks ago - oil filters etc.
Last few days when starting I have had a lot of blue - white smoke from the exhaust.
On acceleration car smokes more than usual.
Smoking has got heavier and at same time I have notices turbo whining much more loudly.
Today whilst climbing a n incline enging began to smoke lots then engine toook over and began to race - accelerate on its own. Had to use brakes to reduce speed whilst engine races at max. Stabbed throttle pedal a few times and revs came down. same thing happened 20 seconds later. Stopped engine and re-started. Now turbo seems quieter again and less smoke - any ideas pleeeeease!!.
