Hey man their was probly a kit put in to make the cd player fit and their won't be any screw's but they should be a piece of plastic like a rim around the cd player and that should just pop out it might be tuff to pop out but once you get it out you should be able to pull the cd player on out.
if you have an ashtray under your cd player pull it out and look under it for any scews also.
