Folks:

I have been asked to coordinate a meeting of the various chairs elected/volunteered at the meeting of the HomeFront at the end of July.

Chairs, according to my information, include:

Janel Holt - Youth

Nancy Brantley - Communications

Dale Johnson - Male Civilians

Linda Casarez - Secretary

Lillie Griffin - Membership

Charlsey O'Hara - Programs and Harvest Ball

Anita Mills - Ladies Aide Society

[looking for a volunteer] - Events

(Have I overlooked anyone? Please let me know if I have.)

The Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, August 12, 2 pm, at the Farmstead of Old City Park.

I am going to respectfully request that ONLY CHAIRS attend this meeting, so we can keep the group small and (hopefully) productive. We have a lot to cover - particularly in the area of coordinating what we are all doing, and what is expected/hoped of our roles. I'd also like us to discuss how we can prevent confusion as we organize and set up solid lines of communication. Then, we'll be better set to solicit volunteers for our committees when the civilians are having their activities during drill on the 18th.

If anyone cannot make the meeting, please let me know.
