last night ic ouldnt sleep at like 4am having a panic attack about little things

table clothes
plates
forks
napkins

if you guys are into sturdy white paper plates, i could PROBABLY get my parents to donate them. i dont know how many though. how many do we need? 400?

and dor and i were talking about not having cups. which is informal, but we're broke. do we need ice? like a huge ice chest type thing to keep the drinks cold in.

trash cans and trash bags - are we going to have enough?
who can get plastic ware and napkins?

valerie, have you looked into the skinmarket bags?

what about the cocktail tables for skinmarket, and the chairs. i dont know if christs stools are good enough.

and here is what i was really concerned with - seating. we're only going to have enough seating for about 50 people (minus the chairs for staff, the artists etc.)
i REALLY THINK WE NEED A CLAUSE ON THE SITE SOMEWHERE that says "seating is limited"

after dor told me about some of the older crowd that is coming, more formal crowd - they're going to expect places to sit. we need to at LEAST have it SOMEWHERE, along with the dress code suggestion on the FAQ.

because seating is limited, and not EVERYONE is going into this as a concert setting. the younger people will, but say, my parents? they will not. people like that.

we end3ed up really targeting a younger crowd than we meant to.
