Subject: What to do with nursing and business degrees?

I got a bachelor's in business (heavy in accounting) 20 years ago and worked in that for a good while. At one point I ended up managing a surgeon's office for a couple of years. When the babies started coming I started doing medical transcription at home and have done that for 15 years (hospital and physician work - all specialties). Now that the kids are flying the nest I have signed up for nursing school to get an RN. Just plain nursing is fine but I was wondering if there were jobs that would use both these degrees?
