Subject: Finding work/sponsors in the USA

I am a twenty nine year old female presently working as a Health Care Assistant in the Uk, for the last eight years.

My partner and i are extremly interested in working in the USA, for me in the same proffesion.

The only problem i have is,where do i start, and how do i go about finding a sponsor?

Also is it difficult for a HCA, to get a working permit in the USA?

I would really appreciate it if you you could respond to my email, giving me some guidence.
