Am 20. August wurde in der ­Ukrainskaja Prawda ein Interview der Journalistin ­Jekaterina Sergazkowa mit Wladimir Ruban veröffentlicht. Ruban hat als Generaloberst den gleichen militärischen Rang wie der Verteidigungsminister. Seine Worte haben also einiges Gewicht. Das Kiewer Regime ernannte ihn zum Beauftragten für den Austausch von Gefangenen im Bürgerkrieg. jW dokumentiert das Gespräch in voller Länge. (jW)
