Thank you for visiting us Roland. You probably saw one of my URL postings in the yahoo chat room. I do not promise to take away the confusion. I can only give my opinion on what I believe to be Truth.

I think this all depends on interpretation. I do believe that God is all loving and I wouldn't describe heaven as a club although I can see how one would get that impression from how it is described by many. I believe that admission into heaven is based on your faith and not on something that you do that will get you granted membership. I think that you have to make a decision to live with our God. It is something that you have to desire in your heart. No amount of good doing will allow you to enter.

I'm not sure that I can satisfy you on this problem. Maybe my brother will have some insight. The personality change from the vengeful God in the Old Testament to the loving and merciful God of the New Testament is a source of much debate. This would be a good topic for a chat room discussion.

Christians feel that they must convert because they are commanded to spread the Good News. Many wish to follow the example of the disciples.

My answer here is going to draw some heat I'm sure. I do not necessarily believe their is a Lucifer but, God created us and many humans rebel against God so what's to say that an angel couldn't rebel. In giving us free will he has given us the power to reject him if we so choose. I would assume this would be the same for angels as well as humans.
