Subject: Pain Author: Mazenn [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 03:07:29 08/18/01 Sat Pain in my head Running through my body Hurting so bad Seeming so unGodly Pills will ease the pain But only for so long Then it comes back Never stays gone Going to the doctor The only ones who can help Eyes feel so heavy In the last two days I haven't slept Sticking me with needles Face feeling so numb Seeing him grab his tools Hearing a low hum Grabbing ahold Tugging so hard Getting a better grip Feeling him start Hearing it break apart Coming out in pieces Breathing so hard Sounding like wheezes Blooding shooting out Stuffing the hole with gauze So much pain So little pause Hurrying out of the office On my own two feet Opening the door Going out into the summer heat Feeling much better, I think The pain is almost gone Walking down the steps Headed toward home Sitting up on the couch Finally coming awake Thank God it's gone To hell with this toothache! © Mazenn [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ]

Weird.. my bf has been suffering from the worst pain he's ever felt for the past two weeks... you guessed it.. a toothache! I am sure he can sympathize with this one! *this is part of the reason, btw.. that I have been away from my board and others more than usual.. I've been taking care of him.
