MSA Blue Book, Section E, Regulation 12.19.10 ‘Under no circumstances can any part of the….car be below…4cm.’

And it would appear that Regulation 12 in the same section implies that the MSA regulations take precedence over Championship rules, but its not very clear.

ARP Regulation 5.16.7 states otherwise.

At Snetterton last year the scrutineers were adamant the MSA rule would be enforced in 2004. Mark Bailey commented that ARP had a special dispensation to the minimum ride height and, if there is such a document, can it be published so we don’t run into problems on race day?
