>>Richard,
Yes I am going to the NEC on the Thursday so lets meet about midday and of course anyone else that may like to get involved. Suggest a time and place. Sorry I have not replied before, work gets in the way of me enjoying myself!
Progress on a European race is painfully slow but this weekend I will be sending a letter to a number of clubs that organise races at Spa. I now have a contact in Germany but it is a telephone number so I will call him next week. My German is pretty awfull. I went to school in Germany in the early fifties and again in the RAF in the sixties but I doubt that will help me much. I hope he speaks English! No firm contact as yet in France, but I have exchanged E-notes with the Editor of a French racing magazine who seems very keen to help.
I am on the early shift for the next seven days so I will be at home every evening. Call me if you want to.
Regards to All
