While not getting the lump sum payment is terribly disappointing - the good part is you are now approved and that your health coverage and premium are covered. That is huge! I know you were particularly worried about that part. So you are right there is a lot of good there.

One question though - I thought that disbility attorneys had a cap or limit on their fees for this - a set capped fee or percentage? Is your state different then? Because I thought that was standard.

That's not good on the OTC guai - did not know about those blue dye ingredients - which you are very right about. Have you been in touch with Charlene lately? She's in Canada and may have some resources there. Just a thought.
