suffers from feelings of inferiority? They are having severe adverse consequences for our family and I can't seem to help my husband see how his feelings and reactions are effecting how he interacts with everyone in the family. Counseling is out of the question. . . he refuses. It's someone else's problem, not his. It's gotten so bad and I'm getting the brunt of it. No matter what I say or do he assigns negative motives to my words and actions. It always seems to catch me off guard. Tonight even sent me into lots of tears and I can't seem to get over the fear and axiety this is causing. I know I can't change anyone but myself. . . everyone has to change themselves. How do you help someone see a need for change?

I love him and I feel so helpless.

thanks for any suggestions.

Alison
