Subject: internal tremors with Fibro?

Hi,
Has anyone any experiences of internal tremors connected with FM?
I've had FM for over 16 years and gone through practically all the symptoms. For the past 6 months I have had what feels like an internal tremor. It started in my abdomen as a very rapid twitching feeling although nothing could be seen, along with severe lumbar pain which spread over my hip. Now I can feel it all over my body even to the tiny muscles under my eyes which makes it seem as if everything I look at is vibrating.
I've seen a neuro who ruled out MS or Parkinsons; a general surgeon who ruled out bowel probs as did an abdominal ultra sound and seen a cardiologist who ruled out heart problems. I have an MRI of my lumbar spine next week.
My rheumatologist claims that these tremors which are 24/7, are just heightened responses common with fibromyalgia. They wake me several times a night as they are so strong but during the day just feel like everything inside me is vibrating and buzzing.
I've never seen this reported as one of the symptoms of FM.
Anyone have any ideas before I go crazy.
