Tremors like you're describing can be attributed to FMS. FMS does affect all muscles tissue. Some docs disagree but my current doc disagreed until she thought about it a minute. Now she see's my point. FMS causes pain in the large muscles in the arms and legs but also in the smooth mucles tissue in the colon (IBS) so why not other smooth muscle tissue?

Tremors can also be a medication side effect. you can look up your medications at www.rxlist.com

Also it would be good to see a neurologist to rule out other problems.
