-His footfalls echo hallowly in his ears as he slowly makes his way into the Sands. He blithely ignores the sudden wave of heat, hardly noticing it. He straightens his posture as he continues. Eyes gleaming, the 18 turn - old would-be Heir marched stolidly up to the Queen, bowing low in mannor of a Lord's son.- "Greetings, Weyrwoman and Queen, it is a pleasure to be here," -His hair, bleached by hours in the sun, falls back into place as he stands once more, backing off somewhat. What if he hadn't made the right choice? What if he really should have stayed in the Hold? He shook his head to himself resolutely. No, he was fine. That is, he'd be fine after he Impressed. He felt himself drifting into a past though, and yanked himsself out of it. If anything, he didn't want to think about his father...-
