With her back getting soaked her long blonde hair was soon soaked as well. She reached into a pocket and pulled out a leather strip. She twisted her hair up into a complicated bun so it would be out of the way. She didn't really mind Asriae's splashing though. Sooner or later the swamp would probably get deeper and her back would get wet anyway. Kia struggled to walk through the thick plant life that inhabited the bottom of the swamp. Due to the murky hue of the water it was impossible to tell what it was though. She started trying to lift her feet up when she walked (a bit like a march) instead of walking normally.
