We've never bowed to humans before, and we shouldn't now. We can still turn back!' Fenvir looks at him for a while before replying, ‘Stand down, Revin. This is not sacred ground anymore. Not like this. We've tried, but you know as well as I that we cannot touch—‘ he stops. Then he turns to look at all the humans, ‘My threats from before are still true. We have become desperate, and will claim Carnerik if we must. Humans, stay on our backs no longer. Stand on your own. But please, watch your step. The waters here deceive you. We have lost many of our kind to drowning in the deep.'
