He walked over to the fallen bandit, and he tied his hands behind his back with a strip torn from his own shirt, so when he woke up they could take him to stand before the Council. He looked over again at Twilight, and could tell he was in need of some serious attention. The bandit worked his swollen and painful eyes open. His head pounded, and all he could see was blurred shapes. He was lying face down on the ground, and he couldn't move his arms either.
