Allin continued to listen, but was still a bit downcast at his mother's death. Ever since his father had died a Turn ago his little sister had been really moody - he wanted to be sure that she was okay. But Ivy didn't really like dolphins. She wouldn't like it at the hall... and Allin lived for dolphins - he couldn't leave the hall... While he brooded, Ajami {gold flitter} popped onto his leg from between and cheeped lightly, and he absently began to stroke her head with one hand.

Derrick, meanwhile, was listening attentively to Master Ara's words, and followed the rest to getting the wetsuits and other equipment that they would need, picking out things that would fit, and making sure that he'd be able to find them again...
