  She sees that Dameon and Tayren are struggling to catch up. Her leg hurts, but she ignores the pain. "This is way to much fun to worry about my stupid leg." While having her head turned back, Kestra did not realize that she was running toward a down hill slope. "AHH!!" She loses her balance and rolls down the hill, laughing to her lungs extent.

After a moment, he gives a queer flick of the hand and speaks, his voice loud enough to hear even on the other side of the field. "The battle is over; the enemies have been destroyed or fled. Head back to the caves.� He pauses a moment before continuing. �If you see anyone injured, signal Ildana or one of her helpers." Smiling, he gives another flick and ends the spell.

Roaring the burly orc wields his club in what would be a crushing blow, but Dameon is ready for it. Spinning his staff he deflects the club, knocking it aside. With a deft and rapid motion Dameon abruptly reverses the staff's direction, sending it in a sweeping arc that connects forcefully with the orc's skull.   Glenn dreams about his shop that he was working for right before the battle, he sees a wooden stall in every part of the caves, different people there at different times, always bussines, workers wearing Green reed hats just like the one he lost, he sees Lonan getting some corn, the councill mambers looking for Damon (Unknown reason.) He wonders about what happend during the battle, (He forgot getting hit.) "All i remember was Jumping off a dragon." he says in his sleep, Aloud.

  +The big oger was dead, that was certain. She had seen Damon attempting to sneak up on the beast with something in his hands, had seen the oger seize the boy. She'd seen Crello's spell, and the huge explosion it created. At least, the explosion it seemed to have created. She'd never seen a spell of that magnitude or power released, and the light of the explosion was far greater then the light of the original spell: for some reason she knew it wasn't just Crello's spell that created such a blast. That's where the curiosity came in; the concern was for the body that had been thrown by the force of the explosion, the body of Damon. As she called for Ildana, she had the instictive suspicion that the troublemaker was somehow involved in it. She landed Paprika and dismounted just as Ildana was showing up. Both women bent over the body of Damon, a strange odor hanging in the air around them, the boy's face a strange blue-grey color. Ildana ran a finger along one of his arms, the finger coming away the same blue-grey shade as Damon was. Her eyebrows rose and she looked up at Xephella with a suprised but knowing expression. Xeph straightened as she met Ildana's gaze. When the look turned questioning, she gave a curt nod. The elf bent over and inspected the burns on the boy, then healed them with a touch a few words. Seeing Damon was still awake, she motioned for the boy to look at Xeph. Xeph's jaw tightened a little bit, then she turned to Ildana.
  "I'll handle this one. Tell the other's not to bother themselves with it." She then turned back to Damon, her stare rather icy. "You. Council Hall. Now." With that, she got on her dragon and flew toward the caves.+

She did what she could for him with no real information about his state. The sudden flash of light and explosion briefly blinded the healer. Suddenly, she heard Xeph's voice as if the woman were right beside her. "Ildana, this one over here needs it bad."   In the small scuffle between the now dead three orcs Miri had gotten into a much bigger fight she was surrounded by warriors from both sides striking where she could Miri tried to make her way to another safe area fighting where she could she was makeing her way to a small hill near the forest where battle had left. Apon reaching it she renotched a few more arrow's and let fly slaying a few more orcs.
  An earth thundering sound started comeing from the forest supprised she turned it seemed a band of truly monstrous orcs had gotten lost on the way to the battle she turned grinning these moron's will be easaly picked off with her bow. Her grin faded as a gigantic figure stepped from out of the forest. Tatood from head to foot an Ogre larger than any already in the battle it hefted a black tree trunk easaly in one hand it turned twords her with it's one remaining eye it caught sight of her. Miri knew fear.

    • Miri looked at the giant and decided to try and cut this guy off of the rest of this war for awile drawing her sword she charged. Slashing her way through the orc guards she made her way up to the monster. With a war cry of some kind she jumped trying to spear an organ with her sword, the ogre almost ignored her for a second then almost lightning fast he had grabbed and flung her behind him. The number of orcs thin out as they fall back to from the attacking colonists, suprised at the ferociousness of thier fighting. Some of them turn to flee, especially as they see the oger fall.   +With a slight wave of panic she sees that some of the orcs had broken through and were heading toward the defensive line of Dragonless, but her attention snaps back to the battles nearby. A loud bellow of rage penetrates the shouting, and Xeph swivels in her seat to see what made the noise. Her eyes fell on Yungva, who was on his dragon near the ground. With a start, Xeph realizes that one of the ogers had somehow caught the two on one of their closer passes at the army. The oger was one of the biggest ones Xeph had ever seen, and it's massive arms were holding the dragon to the ground. Yungva's mount was the one bellowing, and was trying to claw and bite at the oger, but the angel was all wrong. Yungva brought out his small handaxe and was attemting to hack at the vile creature, but he was too far away, and his blows fell short. Another movement caught Xeph's eye. Nearby, an archer orc was drawing bow, aiming at Yungva's exposed back. Urging Paprika forward, Xeph whipped out the polearm from the saddle, and leveled it at the orc. Much like jousters of old, Xeph charged straight at the archer, and before the orc knew what was happing, she ran him through with the polearm. Freeing her weapon from the dead creature, she looked up just in time to see Yungva finally connect his blade with the oger's shoulder. The beast bellowed and let go, and the pair was free once again.+

  Kestra tries to get everyones attention, but being the short, half-elf she is, she is unsuccessful. Finally, she sees a rock and climbs on top. She looks down at everyone and feels her heart racing. "Yes," she thinks to herself. "Finally, this is it!" She starts to give orders: "OK everyone, here's what we need to do. We need to set up a defensive line down the field, big enough so orcs won't get by. Those who have been training with a sword for awhile, come with me to the front. The rest, take the back. When they come, FIGHT!!! Remember, orcs are stupid, so use brain before brawns. LET'S GO!!!" In saying this, Kestra charges down the field.

Some of them are quickly flattened by incoming fire balls and missals from the Council, but a large number manage to dodge aside. • Huge wings rising and falling, Calcifer rides the wind, -- Crello, 18:56:28 04/06/02 Sat
  dodging the various missiles thrown by the orcs, moving with a speed few people would credit to dragon so large. Crello sits calmly on his back, letting Calcifer go where he will. Every few moments he spoke a soft word of command, and a jet of blinding energy would appear in his hand. He threw these missiles with deadly accuracy at the approaching enemy, stopping several of them in their tracks. Calcifer added to the general confusion by spouting fire balls at whoever he thought deserved to be crisped.
