I do 85,000 of each of these:
Chin-ups
cart wheels
back hand springs
pushups
back bends into hand stands
walking hand stands
punches
situps
hand stands
butt lifts
one handed cartwheels
kicks

i put a 10 lb bag of sand on each one of my shoulders and then i fly as fast as i can go around the htc for 5 hours.
I put on 20 lb bags on my ankles and do 20,000 chin ups. Then i put those 10 lb bags on my arms and i do 10,000 back hand springs. Then I meditate!
