As Bedwas are slowly crawling up the divisions and the Premeirship is in our sights(one day), you can't compete with young and inexperienced players. You have to have strength in depth, there's a solid base for a back row and some areas of the backs, but if it means getting the cheque book out,then do so. As for Richard, he's still too young, and in all honestly he's not fast enough or strong enough to play division 1. No offense to Richard or other youngsters in the squad, but in this day and age you need to be at your best to play at the best level.
