Interesting proposal... leveling the playing field is a good idea, but on the other hand I've finished my griping and moaning about ping. I just take what I get now. If it's really bad, I'll quit. The factor which most effects ping, I have determined, is the players in the game. One crappy connection can throw everything askew. For some stupid reason, it seems to effect Nova and I in a strange manner. Everyone else can maintain a decent ping, whereas we go haywire.

There is a way to track ping Nova, just go to ng.worldstats.com and you can look at each individual game, and the average ping for that game.
