Here are a couple more verses, as I remember them. I was 5 or 6 at the time. I'd like to know all the verses.

There�s a man that comes to my house, he comes in the summer time, he�s very nice, he brings momma ice, but he often stays so long the ice all melts away, and then he has to come back again later in the day.

There�s a man that comes to my house, he brings momma milk, but he stays so long his horse runs away and then he has to come back again later in the day.
