The going has been very slow, especially since we opened part of the "old" renovated building. In addition, some of us will have moves and room changes in December (the most recent date). Room changes and helping colleagues get set up in new rooms seemed to take precedence. Our first full week should help establish the rhythmn that has been lacking so far. I have met with each of my proteges and they are excited and seem to have really ambitious plans. We have even generated a list of areas we need training in. I hope to have a group meeting soon.
